Cavern X
Once a secret base of the X-Men, now an abandoned cave, with old equipment. Cavern X has been abandoned a long time ago, and only few people know of its existence.
It contains info about all of the former X-Men members and all of their allies and enemies. It has its own training ground, and its own hangar. Its location is a secret of course, but its right off Genosha, hidden underwater.
